Day One of Anise Cookies

Anise Cookies

Made Yummy Anise Cookies.

Here is the recipe in step-by-step order.

Cookies

Step One: 

In a large bowl combine,

6 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup of shortening

3 Tbs Anise Flavoring

1 cup milk

Pinch of Salt

6 tsp of baking powder

6 cups flour

mix well, roll out

cut out shapes and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

I plan to ice them all tomorrow.
